Return & Refund Policy

At Fashion Idea, your satisfaction matters. We work with Printify, a print-on-demand platform, to fulfill your orders. As our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are processed in alignment with Printify’s return policy.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

No physical return is necessary — your claim will be assessed based on the images provided.

2. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit or returned due to an incorrect address, we can offer:

A reprint (shipping fees may apply), or
A partial refund (excluding shipping)

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local carrier first.

3. Buyer’s Remorse & Wrong Size

Because each item is printed on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
Change of mind

Please check our sizing charts carefully before ordering.

4. How to Report a Problem

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the issue is confirmed. Please allow a few business days for processing.

We do not offer exchanges
We cannot process returns for items in good condition
